I love to share my experience of getting through burnout and how you can avoid it, or how to thrive in large (often male-dominated) organisations.

Or do you want a dynamic, engaging and insightful training delivery on:

  • leadership & management

  • negotiation, communication & influencing skills

  • or a full range of soft skills including creativity, virtual collaboration and gravitas

  • to key wellbeing skills such as resilience, managing stress, and maintaining boundaries in a virtual world?

Kirsten is a great facilitator - she engages the group, creates a space that is safe and she enables people to bring their whole self to the session.

Kirsten is an absolute pleasure to work with! As a trainer she builds rapport with groups and colleagues quickly, bringing a warmth and connection that immediately builds trust and engagement from everyone in the room. Her professionalism and passion for the work she does shines through! I'm really looking forward to working together again soon and would highly recommend working with her, you'll be in a safe pair of hands.

Are you interested in debating hot topics in the world of work?

With my friend and coaching colleague Nicola Pitt, I organise high-profile debates in partnership with influential organisations.

This is a fantastic chance to hear from leaders in their field, and to have your say.

Flexible Working Debate

On 15th May 2019, Nicola Pitt and I organised a prestigious panel debate on the subject of flexible working.

This was kindly hosted by HSBC at their global Headquarters in Canary Wharf, on behalf of HSBC Flex, the bank's flexible working employee network.

Over 100 people listened to leaders in their field debate this important topic, and £1000 was raised for the charity The Young Women's Trust.

To get on the mailing list for future events, please email me at kirsten@kirstengoodwin.co.uk.

L to R:
  • Nicola Pitt;
  • Harini Iyengar, Expert in Equality Law and Spokesperson on Equal Representation for the Women's Equality Party;
